We are Becky & Taylor! We live in Cleveland, Ohio with our dog, Louie, and our cat, Charlie.
We met in 2010 at Muskingum University, a small college in New Concord, OH (Go Muskies!). Becky was gearing up to head off to grad school in New York City and Taylor was just starting her college career. When we noticed how much we enjoyed being around each other (and Taylor asked enough) we took a chance and started our relationship, despite the long distance.
Through Skype dates and Megabus trips, we made our relationship last. On New Year's Eve 2015, we got married! This was extra special because it was the same year marriage equality was passed. It was the best party of our lives, our friends even convinced the bar and DJ to stay an extra hour!
Becky is an executive at an IT company in downtown Cleveland and Taylor is a Pediatric Oncology Social Worker at Cleveland Clinic Children’s.
About 2 years ago we built a home in University Circle. While our neighborhood is technically shaped more like a rectangle, it's filled with museums, art & culture. Our favorite neighborhood activities include walking our dog to the University lagoon and eating cannoli and meatballs in Cleveland's Little Italy.
When we aren’t enjoying our neighborhood, we love to cook and prepare meals together. Pre-pandemic, we had a revolving door for hosting friends and family. Most often we are making homemade sauce, watching Cleveland sports, and playing Nintendo Switch.
